Hello all
As far as I know it is better to have strong ties in your own country , I want to be written in my employment certification that after graduation I will return and will continue my work in current organisation.
1) what is your opinion about my idea ? Is it good to mention ?
2) how can I write ? Give me an example sentence, please ? I don't know how to mention in letter?

You don’t write it, your employer states on company letterhead that you will be promoted to xx job (post current job) with an increase xx in salary after completion of program. Have them state that they will hold the job for you as it is important for their business. Will it work - maybe.

Please don’t copy my words. This is for your employer to figure out. Hopefully you are just taking a 6 month course because VOs will not believe your job will be held for years. Is this your first application because you may need to address the program (take a Masters) rather than the ties.

TO be honest with you, no company will hold a position for an employee for an extended period of time, unless your skill is highly specialised and/or they are paying for your educational pursuit. If you don't fit into this profile - which most likely you don't as you are intending to pursue a PGD at a college - , a VO will not believe any employment letter stating they will promote you and give you more money when you return.

Just my 2 cents.
