Work experience has to be in skill level OAB to qualify.
If no proof of pay, what about annual taxes paid, bank state by showing regular deposits.
Anything you do not provide leaves the person deciding on your file the ability to refuse it. Think hard and think from their perspective. What other Proof can you provide?

well, I got 3 years work experience backhome with reference letter to back it up but no paystub.

Got over 1 year Canadian work experience too with T4's to back it up. I guess I should take my foreign work experience out.

Hi can I ask if you took out your foreigner experience from your EE profile or from your application after you got your ITA. I have put done experience in my EE profile which isnt even in the desired skill level type and an other which is skill level B, but havent reached the full year working there recieved an ITA and they asking for reference letter, dont think I got points for those jobs, can I just delete them?

So is the right course of action to leave out the jobs on the employment form as a lot of people are suggesting on this forum?

If a non standard letter cannot be attained, will CIC reject the whole application, or just that experience?

Whether self letter mentioning roles & responsibilities, salary details is acceptable by CIC?
No.
You may collect a certificate in official letter pad from your supervisor or a senior who knows your responsibility and attach a business card of that person on certificate.

Oh. I've 3 years experience working with few consultants where i've been outsourced to client. I've difficulty getting letter from these companies as they cannot give all the information that is required. Planned to provide self letter for this. Will there be any problem providing self letter?
