certificate of Deemed University valid or not

I got master degree from Sikkim Manipal University. It is distance education and the university is Deemed University. it's mean proposed university. Does its certificate are valid for immigration purpose or not. I've already filed my documents but I'm confuse now. Plz help from seniors

It may not be acceptable.

DLCs of SMU is valid at par to international degrees.
Your apps should be Ok with that. But, in job search... it's another ball-game altogether.
