Friends, do you mean that we can submit a DOB certificate issues by Indian embassy in Toronto if we dont have one?

yes, you can.....................

thanks JSA. Is there a validity period for the birth certificate issued by Indian embassy in Toronto, just like the PCC which should not be older than 3 months at the time of submission?

for birth certificates there is no validity......!!! for pcc i think six months from the date of issue.........!!

thanks for the clarification in JSA. Regarding the PCC, it should not be older than 3 months at the time of application as per CIC guidelines.
