Hello, I applied as a skilled worker through the Quebec program in Mexico early this year, I was scheduled for a phone interview on November 26th which I passed and was accepted, I was told I would receive my CSQ shortly but I haven't and it has been a month now, does anybody know how much times it takes for it to be delievered?
