Hello Guys

I'm filling up the form IMM008 and in the question 7 I dont know what to answer.

It asks: Have you received your CSQ? If `no`, when did you apply?

Actually, we havent applied. Is it something Im missing? I thought the CSQ was after the the first step, where we need to send the documents.

Can someone please help?

You're not missing anything! It confused me too.

Just answer 'no' and that's it. There is nothing for you to put in the 'when' part.

Once you are approved as a sponsor, you will be required to fill out the forms for the CSQ and send them to the MICC.

I was in same boat to, it is so confusing, how can i get the CSQ if I don't have the approval. I think this Form is also used for other type of Immigration (skill worker etc) where you need to have CSQ before or at east applied for it. In our case (spousal) it will be after we get the stage 1 approval. So I left it empty. They deal with these cases everyday so they know it.
