Certfied True Copies of Degree Certificate

Hello All,

I am submitting my documents for OOPNP and they are asking for Certified True Copies of the Primary Applicant's University Degree. I have the educational transcripts from the University with me. Is this the same as Certified True Copy or should I take photocopies of the Degree Certificate and have it Notarized. ?

Can someone please help ??

This applies only for Canadian degree(s). You'll have to submit,

o A certified true copy of your degree granted from an academic institution in Canada; AND
o Official transcripts submitted by you in the original sealed envelope from the academic institution in Canada that granted the degree.


Notarizing the copy of degree certificate would work. You'll also have to get transcripts in a sealed envelope.

If your educational qualification is from outside Canada, you need to provide just a copy of your ECA report.
