I moved from British Columbia to Manitoba and due to Covid I’m not getting full time work I’m working part time but my income is around 800$ per month and so I’m not able to manage my expenses and my 2019 income was more than 5000$ So I want to know if I can apply for CERB.

You didn’t lose your job due to covid you decided to move so you don’t qualify for CERB.
