Hi, i am running a medium sized IT company and in need of foreign workers, i myself am second generation immigrant to canada, so understand the struggle immigrants face while moving abroad and looking for work. i can manage to obtain LMIA for workers as we have a company lawyer working with us. We need People in software department and in accounting and hr department.

yes from anywhere as long as they have canadian embassy in there country, or somewhere they can submit there passport for visa.
