Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) Eligibility Review Complete

Hi,

I have submitted my application on March 8, 2008; the acknowledgment has been received within 3 days.
Initially the online status over the official website has been set to In-Process, and then my application has been send to Sidney Nova Scotia.

On the month of Feb 2010 there is some update occurs which is :

Status : Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) Eligibility Review Complete
Detail : We received your application for permanent residence on September 8, 2008.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 18, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

I have not get any letter so far, I have submitted a Case Specific Enquiry on 03/27/2010 but after receiving auto-generated email stated under no follow-up occurs from their side:

We confirm receipt of your e-mail in Islamabad. If you do not receive a reply within 15 working days, the information requested is available at pakistan.gc.ca or cic.gc.ca, your application is within processing times, or you have not provided information required to verify your identity.Disclaimer

Please let me know how I can have their decision (whatever it would), or how I can enquire my case

If your applications were sent to the visa office doesn't that mean you got approved by CIO?

Exactly, but how can I know that either I have been approved or rejected, that is what my actual concern is...

They sent me a letter on February 08, 2010 but I didn't get it yet, I need to know what's going on, delivering a letter from immigration office takes 3 months as maximum but it's around 6 months passed away.
