It just means that your application is in progress and you most likely have cleared R10 document evaluation stage.

My husband is the main applicant on Feb 5 2020 he is already done the biometrics requested by IRPA ...and yesterday March 06 2020 he received again the letter payment for biometrics fee procedure and it came from centralized intake office ....my husband is inland and AOS noc O.
IS THIS okay...
Two times for asking the Biometrics? Pls reply ...thank you
