You are probably the 5th or 6th person to tell me the same dialogue. For whatever reason agents are saying centennial is closed when admissions has been open online from November-December last year.
This is not true Centennial has opened its portal for September 2019 on 7 or 8th of this month
And Durham is yet to open
You can search in the forum. I have helped people apply online in Centennial before. Even Durham is open. If you don't want to believe that's OK.
I have been in touch with the college representatives and Durham collCol will open around 22 March
Plus I got a mail from Centennial stating that the portal is now open please apply

Did centennial tell that is has only been open recently or is it now open? Now open means that they are accepting admissions now, not that they have only started accepting admissions now. Durham has also been open for quite a while but they process Sept intake from February only.

It's not like you have no chance for admission. However since neither college discloses the status of applications it's difficult to judge. You can always apply now but your 12th marks are not that great to be honest. Your IELTS is good but people with higher 12th std marks will get the seats first.
You can always hope for the best, they could even offer you a deferred admission. It's not really that late.
