Centennial College Software Engineering Technology (Fast Track)

HI All,

This is Ajit, and i am planning to take admission in Software Engineering Technology (Fast Track) in coming Sept 2014.

i wanted to know few things about the centennial college,

1) is it a good college? because in few forums i got to know mixed reviews about the college

2) is it good to take 1 year course,?

3) what is the market value of Software Engineering Technology (Fast Track)? meaning to say, is it easy to get job after this job?

4) and how to extend your visa after u got the job?

5) is there any chances to get rejection of visa?

Dont you think getting into masters would be difficult for him due to scores in btech n diploma?

There are universities he could make into. They are consistent with a 60% which most univ accept in the indian system.

Concordia uni college of alberta. They got misam program of 16 months.

you will get into that for sure. My friend got in with 53% lol

Hi ajit,
Was wondering isn't the Software Engineering Technology (Fast Track) a two year program ? I am also looking forward for the same in Sep. why don't try for a Co-op program, it will give us industrial exposure. I am not sure if universities provides Fast track or Co-op programs, but Centennial is a college that provides most fast track programs, I think. Also this is a diploma course (more hands on experience) than masters . May be the senior members can give us more insight ?

Sidi gal ah bai je visa lawana tan Health informatics faststrack caentennial vale vich lah ....(Networking fast track and software system technology)ehna courses vich visa de bahut ghat chances nain because there are already so many students studying these courses and embassy is aware they don't want every one to populate there country with same skill set...if any question IM me here
