Xpired n LMO ko, parang wala ng plan ung employer ko. Ito back to zero ulit.

Hi! Direct hire aq. March 21 kc ko nagapply...napatagal lang sa medical kc ngkaubo at sipon aq kaya nagpalipas aq ng 2 weeks para magpagaling...then after a week pinabalik aq for repeat xray...kaya yun May 14 na naipasa ng NHSI sa CEM...just a month dumating yung result pero dated June 6 yun...darating din yan wag kang kabahan

My employer wud not lyk to appeal for my denyd visa pero sabi nya idadaan daw nya aq sa agency dun sa Canada para mas sure na mkaalis aq...yun nga lang magastos...sabi din nila a new LMO wud take tym kc yung sa akin paso na ng July 21...

Pag para sa atin ibibigay tlga...prayers lang...

hi ah edi nxtym mag aagency kana? mas sure ba talaga na hindi ma rerefuse pag nag apply ka sa Cem tapos may agency? may alam po ako agency doon ako ng apply pero walang bayad yung sakin pero pwede rin
mag pa assist kung direct ka..pero may bayad alam mo na.. meron dito nG pa assist sya doon. ayun paalis na..

Sorry kung now Lang ulit me mag post Dito Kc sa sobrang disappoint refused din ako. Reason alam nyo n same Lang nmn lahat felling nila n mag TNT tayo dun.

nkakalungkot nman freelancer....matanong ko lng kng kelan mo na recieve ang refusal letter?

Salamat at halos may mga kasabayan pla ako dito sa timeline ng visa application ko. Sana dumating na visa ko bago mag july, nakapagpasa na kac ako ng 30 days notice of resignation sa company namin pagnagkataon tambay ako habang la pa visa. Ako lang kac maywork samin. Hehehe :'(
