i see, i was under the impression na iba ang skilled sa professional..hehe..dito kasi satin pag sinabi skilled yun ang trades at pagsinabi professional yun ang mga degree holder

sana nga..I read somewhere na nasa 60,000 cases ang hinahandle ng CEM for 2012..that means 2500 per month applications or 113 per day..sana lang ay madaming staff sila..
