sa nabasa ko na forum at sa akin experience.. st luke ung mabilis. morning kana punta yung pag bukas andon ka na para di ka na abutin ng pananghalian dun. Before lunch time tapos ka na at save na hintay2 mo. sa akin nakapagstart ako mga around 10 yata un natapos ako 3pm. Mas mabilis kung wala ka tattoo and percing at kung maari puro NO yung sagot mo sa question ng doctor gaya ng na hospitalized ka ba... No nalang kahit nga na hospital ka last week. Lastly, mag pa medical ka as soon as possible usually kasi mag start ka ng count mo as waiting of visa after ka mag meds.. ma monday or tuesday pa yan. if nasa NCR ka mag st. Luke ka.

yes may notification yan. yan na ung AOR or Acknowledgement of Receipt na usually ma receive mo kasabay ng MR or Medical Request. Yung AOR at MR ma receive mo yun usually 2-3 weeks after applying, through courier mo din yan marecieve. Mag prepare ka na lang ng mga 6000 para medical or 7000 pag may piercing or tattoo ka. Pag dating ng AOR at MR mo medical ka agad para mabawasan ung time ng paghihintay mo ng visa. ^^

Hello,

My 1 Year post grad work permit is about to expire (in 3 days) My employer applied for LMO an today I got refusal.Reason was "low wage" compared to Canadian workers.I have also applied for work permit extension 15 days before my visa expires but I am assuming it will be denied without valid LMO.
I would like to apply for restoration of the status once my work permit gets rejected,before that my employer will increase salary and reapply for LMO.
My questions are
1. Am I on a right way?
2.Do I have to wait until my work permit gets rejected and then apply for restoration or can I apply before that?
2.How long the process of restoration lasts?
3.What is the percentage of getting my status restored?

Any other advise?

Hi good day! tanong ko lang. totoo bang matagal daw po ang process and may delayed daw sa CEM now ? kasi un iba daw un MR nila 2 months daw narereceived? it was started sa mga applicants ng OCT? ive passed all my docs to CEM last Nov 09. thanks !

Highly recommended ko yang clinic na yan. 6:45am dumating ako at pumila sa labas (pang 6 ako), 7:10 pinaakyat sa clinic sa 2nd flr, bibigyan ng forms to fill out. Wala silang number na binibigay sa taas kaya once na matapos ka na mag fill-out ng formS bigay mo na sa nag encode (woman sa right side ng cashier). Kung working permit, magpa photocopy na ng 4 copies ng passport (front page with your face on it, black & white), photocopy din ng medical form/referral na pinadala ng embassy (isa lang at B&W din ok na, copy mo lang kc yun). Gawin na yung pag photocopy sa labas, meron din sa katapat na room sa 2nd floor kaya lang hassle pa at mahuhuli ka sa pila. Bring your passport photos (4pcs) kailangan kc i-attached sa med forms.

Kung provincial nominee or thru email lang na-receieve yung medical referral from embassy, magpaphotocopy na kayo ng passport fronT page colored dapat 1 copy. After ma collect na yung forms saka ka bibigan ng number. Mag start magtatawag ang cashier ng 8am for you to pay (P5,050 lahat na yun), then immediately kunan ka ng height,weight, vision test. After nun sa laboratory for urine and blood collecting. Then x-ray & physicals by their doctors (same gender). Natapos ako ng 9:20am.

Sana makatulong 'to sa mga magpapa medical pa dyan.

Sa Timbol clinic ako nagpamedical 4,800 binayaran ko. 9am bukas ng clinic bago mag 12 Tapos na ako. Konti lang nagpapamedical, and after 10 working days pwede ka na mag inquire kung naipass na sa CEM ang medical result. Parang 6 lang yata kami nagmedical that day, pwede nga tumakbo sa loob eh hehehe. Next visa na, sana approved tayo lahat. GOD Bless us all.

ang IMM 1295 better i-fill up electronically kc kailangan ivalidate since you'll need to have the barcode.
and iba naman ok lang handwritten.
basta just follow the checlklist kung anung mga forms ang kailangan isubmit.

What do you mean by position na inaaplyan ko? Ano ba inaaplyan mo? Yung nakalagay sa LMO. Dun ka magbabase.
