If your application is BEYOND the posted PROCESSING TIMES, we would like to share your thoughts and experiences here. It would be nice to share your time lines too.
Having this topic, others would know where they are. If we observe a pattern, learn what to do or not to do to avoid the application's going over the processing times.
******************
Let me start with mine.
BASELINE: CEM and CIC considers that your application is beyond processing times from the time CEM officially receives your application. You will see this in your ECAS (Permanent Residence Application box). in my case it reads : We received XXXXXX YYYYYYY's application for permanent residence on January 31, 2011. Thus, making November 30, 2011 our 10th month-sary.
Medical expired early November. Re-medical done. One observation, when I had my original medical, it was excessive demand exempt. But the re-med was not. I had to pay additional tests because of this.
