CELPIP vs IELTS

Hello experts
I am trying to get a 8777 in IELTS. I have tried it 2 times:
1st attempt: L-7 W-6 R-8 S-8
2nd attempt: L-8.5 W-6.5 R-7 S-7.5
I want to take another try at it with a target of 8777 in mind. What would you experts me if i should go for IELTS or CELPIP this time?

I would suggest moving to a place where nobody speaks English, ideally you may get a higher score? Besides, I found this app helps me a lot.
