CELPIP test center ...Terrible

I've given CELPIP test and the test center is so terrible, the test center did not accommodate the test properly, while reading there is huge disturbance as some other test takers have already started their speaking test and everything at the same place. As the result the reading scores came down drastically.

Please suggest...what to do now, how to complaint

Everyone in the same Boat, I heard lots of folks made this of time of compliant while submitting the Celpip survey feedback. However there is not much improvement

Can you take IELTS instead of CELPIP? They should organize IELTS in Canada too, and the speaking tests are held on different day so the cause no disturbance.
