I have a question regarding CELPIP. Can i use the old CELPIP scores instead of the new one in my Express entry profile?. I got better scores in the old.

as long as the old one is not expired yes you can!

omarimam is correct. It is not necessary that if you take a new test then you have to use the new scores.
If old one's are valid then you are good.
