As the name implies, the guide only gives you an idea of how the exam is structured. It is unlikely that you will find the same questions in your exam. What you will find is the same structure in terms of how the exam is broken down. My word of advice, practice before the exam and time yourself while doing so. The exam itself is not difficult as long as you know how to read, listen and speak in English comfortably.
