I recently got my CELPIP results and scored L12 R12 S9 W8.I really need a 9 in writing and decided to apply for re-evaluation.

Did anyone here apply for re-evaluation. If so, did they change your scores?

Also, how long did it take to hear back from them?

congrats on your score, I personally have not done the exam yet but as far as i learned re-evaluation have been changed in some cases and if you are sure you have done it better i strongly propound you to do that, if your score is changed you will get a refund

the results of re-evaluation will be back in 2-3 weeks

Yes, that’s what I’ve been reading as well. But to be honest, I really don’t know what to expect. I don’t know what a 9 since the difference between the an 8 and a 9 are very minute.

Thinking of submitting for re-evaluation of writing.

It was really well managed by the staff. Plus you will be done with all the sections on the same day within 3 hours unlike IELTS. Plus L & R in Celpip have options so it seems easier than IELTS.

Hey guys, I got my writing test re-evaluated. They changed it from 8 to 10 !!! :)
