Do you have any review materials for the writing part?
I'm still confused about how to do the incident report, will they give us all the information needed on the report (eg. vital signs, etc) or do we have to put our own assessment on the report?

I have a question sa may writing part,
You will be given an incident and a key words right? My question is, what about the other information like VS for example? Are we allowed to add other details? I mean na hindi naman given?
