I just wanted to ask about NOC 1211?

1. how many duties should match to your job profile.
2. Is job title more important than job description?
3. My job profile falls under Noc 1211 but my title is not supervisor so if My manager doesnot mind writing that is that ok.
4. I submitted my Temporary visa in october 2012 n attached my employer letter but now if i add new job duties to the old profile would it be a problem?
Please advice.

1. As many as possible - I'd say aim for 75-80%. Don't copy duties directly though
2 & 3. Job title doesn't matter, duties do
4. You should get a new letter that is dated more recently.

NOC should match with job descriptions

Use the title based on duties if your supervisor is ready to write

No, they do consider updated letters for job duties..
