Hello,
I will get 12 months of job experience in Canada by the end of June 2017 and will be eligible for CEC stream in express entry. Though I had worked for just one employer for this 12 months duration, there was 2 months of employment gap. i.e. I was unemployed for 2 months in last 14 months. My question is - when I will open express entry profile, shall I create one job record (with start date as the original start date and keep it as continuous job) and later explain in the reference letter that there was two months of unemployed period. Or should I create two job records in the EE profile? - i.e. 7 months job duration before the unemployment gap and other 5 months job duration after the unemployment gap. If I create two job record, I am concerned that CIC may ask me to upload two job reference letters (even though the employer, job responsibilities, designation and salary are same for both durations). I am currently eligible for FSW using the job experience outside Canada.
I would appreciate your response regarding this matter.
