Did you excluded statury holidays , weekends, sick leaves etc?

Hi,

I started working in O category from Feb 18 2014 till my work permit expiration date till July 15 2014, and did continue to work till sep 10 2014 under implied status.

Downtown time was from sep 10 2014 to DEC 1 2014 as i got my LMIA work permit in category B and working since then.

I was wondering when will I be qualified to apply under CEC (12 Months).
