Is the only way to apply for PR through EE? I mean, I called CIC and after speaking with one of the representatives, I've come to the conclusion that you can't even apply for a bridging work permit without an AOR (implying you HAVE TO HAVE an ITA).
So, does that mean that THAT'S it? If you can't manage to secure an ITA (given that most CEC applications don't have an LMIA and have points below 600), then you've just gotta pack up your bags and go home?
Please tell me there's another way!
