i dont understand. i read so many post of "ineligibility".

i wanna applying under CEC NOC B category.
i saw people posting Any job experience they need LMIA otherwise "0" points.
really not getting the changes from CIC... any help

even they say IELTS CLB 5 would be ok .., but now score with CLB 6 showing ineligible. Even People whose profile submitted months back suddenly started getting message of ineligiblity.

I completed my 1 year of field experience under NOC B. IELTS L-7 S-6.5 R-6.5 W-5.5 overall score 6.5 (CLB 6).
I asked my employee regarding LMIA. They say they can't,if LMIA rejected they ll be under risk.

What are the options who applying under CEC without LMIA. I am sure 65 percent people have their experience under CEC are without LMIA..

Any help, Answers , opinions, some Lawyers good answers would be appreciated

Of all that you have asked it seems the most important is how significant is it to have LMIA for a job. If you are a CEC it is of utmost importance to have LMIA backed job offer. It's proved that your skills are irreplaceable and your employer could not find a Canadian as good as you. However if you do not have a LMIA the problem is not you but your employer. Services Canada/CIC would start asking your employer why they offered a non-Canadian the job? And your employer wants to evade that, so they are not agreeing to apply for a LMIA. In most such cases where job offer is rolled out with LMIA the main interest is pay. Employers pay much less to TFWs than a Canadian which is again kinda breaching the labour laws. So what's your options :
1. Look for another employer who is ready to get you LMIA
2. Wait till the points drop further under CEC category so that you qualify for ITA
3. This may not be an option, but just saying it loud. Try applying under FSW. Yo may be one of the highest ranking in that category. And because ITAs are being issued to FSW who knows you might be the one next.

Good luck !

Because ITA is ranking based, you might consider re-taking IELTS to improve your score. That way your CRS score would improve too.

Absolutely I am in the same situation as rifsim.. except I am in NOC-A
My Canadian immigration dream under CEC looks nightmare with new system...

Previously, it was not the case I guess...
Appears to me that there is no value even having Masters degree in this Country, full time offer and 1 year of relevant experience...

I agree the optimistic response from SMCANADAVISA... Let's hope to get some edge of having Canadian Experience

atleast i hope for better response from CIC..

I ll try to improve score ..

also i will wait for 2 months to check the lowest benchmark points offered by CIC.. till then evaluation of back home degree by WES sounds better option to get some points
