You are right, this is much clearer! The EE process suggests that you need to proof everything.

But now even more so I would argue that it's appropriate to include everything and then upload an explanation in the case you don't have a reference letter. If it's from a job in another country, they probably won't care if all they want to see is proof for the Canadian experience.
You may need to fill it in the forms but you do not need to provide reference letters or payslips or any other proof

The thing is that if you add those jobs in your work history you do have to upload something later in the process to be able to finish your application, right?

well this is where I am not sure if they are just carried over as a convenience for you from your initial EE profile.

Once into your CEC submission area, you can delete the non-Canadian entries from your Work History and it then just asks you for the proof of those which are left.

My way of think is:

To claim points & eligibility, you need references/T4/pay slip etc from all the employers.

In work declaration, you will definitely need to put everything including your foreign work, even without proof. Then add a letter of explanation to inform CIC about your situation. If you worked in foreign countries and you didn't declare it, CIC may investigate for misrepresentation.
What is the part in which you claim points?
When you create initially your EE profile they give you transferability points for your foreign experience. Event though you do not need them if you have LMO\LMIA

If you go through CEC there is no points claiming as in FSW. Can you avoid background check for foreign job if for example the company you have worked for does not exist anymore and as you do not need that experience you dont want to risk CIC to call them and when they cannot reach them to reject your application

Hi everyone,

I have one year Canadian experience + LMO and job offer for my employer (600) pints.
I would like to create EE profile and be processed under CEC stream.

I have several years of foreign experience but I do not have payslips and all the reference letters from foreign experience. Now, because with only 1 year Canadian experience + LMIA I will have enough points to get ITA.

When I create the EE profile can I just put Canadian experience without foreign one as I don't need points for that one?
Now I do not want to lie and say that I was unemployed during that time.
Is there a way you can declare your foreign work experience but not ask for points for it so later when you get ITA you would not need to submit employers reference letters for those jobs.

Any suggestion will be appreciated.
Yes you can do it ... but if you work then there are many ways you can show

I've done like this .. I've 4 yrs of UK experience and from 19th Aug 2013 I was working in canada as I came on 17th Aug 2013 .

In UK I changed 2 employer and I don't want to contact my first employer and I worked there for almost 2 yrs ... and I've only 1yr pay stubs of my first employer

so I called HMRC who provides tax returns for 5 yrs .. so I took that one and what ever I've related to that employer (offer letter , 1 yr pay stubs ) and tax document I kept them.

If you are eligible for CEC I think CIC wont call them ... to be safe side put how much documentation you feel thats guinue...its nothing harm as you get ITA as you have LMO..

may be my answer help you
