CEC Tracker Eligibility Check Meaning

Hi Everyone.

Could someone kindly explain me what does IRCC check during Eligibility Step? As far as I know in this stage they verify all my documents to make sure I fulfill the points i claimed. i.e work exp, school, NOC etc.
Or does all that happen during the Background Verification.

Getting to many different inputs so need your help on this. Thanks !!

Yeah eligibility is where they verify all your documents and confirm a) you met the minimum requirements of your program; 2) all points you claimed can be verified.
