CEC tough Case... need help

Maza- this would be a 50-50 case. Even though you have gained number of hours requirement, CEC will see if your salary commensurates NOC you are applying under. This is one of the tools that they use to validate credentials that you provide. Scholarship from outside may not be considered as it doesn't reflect in T4. But I'd say go for it and keep your fingers crossed. Do provide all the supporting documents anlong with a letter of explanation. You don't have a choice at this moment, do you? Worst, you'll lose money.

Hello, Maza, I think we are in the same boat, my noc is 3111 and I am only have a fellowship from outside Canada. I wonder what will happen with our applications
