Everything’s passed here, File stucked just at final decision from the visa officer !! So annoying

was requested address confirmation in feb,
Vo is Edmonton & everything has been passed according to the gcms notes..
waiting for visa officer to pick up the file and declare the decision..God knows when he'll pick up
