AOR 4 Oct, processing bar appears today. Estimate processing time 6 months.
Medical not passed yet.
Did up front medical and RCMP.

Hi Every one, does anybody got his/her PPR email yet from the early September applicants ? below is my timeline so far
AOR : September 20th
MP : October 11th
RCMP request and submitted same day (had it upfront) : October 11th
Is it not too early?...lol

No not yet..MEP: 9th October, background: under process since then..I havent been asked for RCMP yet. Is RCMP asked from everyone or it depends on the visa officer?I am in Canada for last 1 year and 7 months. Should I get it done upfront?

I think usually they ask for RCMP on the day or next day of MEP. I wasn't asked for RCMP either.

Hey Guys, needed some suggestions and inputs regarding my CEC case.
I got a job offer from an employer while I was in school. So since i could not work full time (being on study permit) i started working part time and in a months time when I graduated, I applied for the work permit and started working full time based on implied status. However the reference letter I received from my employer mentions the start date as the day I started working part time. Would this be an issue? I have explained it in the Letter of Explanation though. The reference letter just mentions I was employed full time and does not mention anything regarding the part time to full time transition.

Hello friends
My AOR date is 12 September
MEP is 4 October
Got request to submit rcmp report on 4 October.
Still waiting for rcmp check
Kindly any one tell at what stage is my application?

Thanks in advance
Hello @Simran827: You are at an advanced state than mine, so I don't have an answer to your question, however, I am sure you can assist me, and it will be so kind of you to please help me with my query. I received a request for RCMP check on 23rd October, got finger-printing done on 25th and now waiting to receive the RCMP letter.

My questions are:
1) Will the RCMP be sending the records to CIC?
2) Will there be a section in our CIC account to upload the RCMP report ourself? In my profile I do see that upload link and I have to provide information in 4 fields for docids and dates. If I hit next, will I be getting a section to upload some file? (Not hitting next as I am still waiting to get an RCMP certificate)
3) When I went for my RCMP, the accredited fingerprinting company didn't asked me anything about the "Name and Address of Contributing Agency", though I insisted them several times, neither the CIC letter which we received for RCMP check. (Kindly refer this link: http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/en/steps-getting-a-certified-criminal-record-check). Is it normal? Actually, because of them, I am getting worried as it is against what RCMP is asking for.
4) I am an applicant with 2 dependent (wife + kid), but RCMP request is made only for me. Is it normal? By any chance, in coming days, will I be getting additional RCMP request for dependents?

Your reply will be appreciated! Thanks in advance and I wish for your Golden email to arrive soon.

@andy108 : Any inputs from your end please ?

If you check your ITA letter, there’s a link that contains detailed information on editing your profile after invitation , you can check it out. I think it’s on page 3.
Thanks!! I have submitted my application on Oct 16th. And i have mentioned in Letter of Explanation fingers crossed. And also they have this feature which is helpful, "Preview your score" after making changes it shows your current score and tells if the candidate is still eligible or not and the score. Thanks again

If it's possible, get a new letter stating the transition or using the date you were hired/and eligible to work fulltime.
If no, there is nothing you can do but explaining it in your LOE.
