CEC Refusal

Hi! So i sumbitted my complete cec application on Jan 01 2017. On March 27 I received the refusal on the grounds that I did not attach my job offer specifying that i would be working full time. I looked at my submitted application and realized I had uploaded the job reference letter twice instead of the offer of employment. I sent a case specific enquiry with the job offer and valid work permit..but havent heard back from them yet. Is there any hope for me? Reapplying is not an option for me cause I am lacking points now after the new crs point change in effect. I also went to the local Mp's office in hopes that they might be able to help. Will go again on Monday.
Any advice?

Did you send CSE before or after refusal?

If after refusal, then I don't think so your application will reopen (my opinion), however, if before refusal then you need to contact Immigration Lawyer who could appeal the refusal!

Did you get refusal after passing medical ?

I've been in your situation where a refusal letter was issued under CEC. however once a refusal letter is ISSUED not a rejection letter you lose your fees paid. however in your case a case specific inquiry might help if they have not sent your refund. hope this helps.

Have you claimed 50 point for ICT WP and what document you have provided?

I have seen few folks on this forum who got the PPR by using WP.
