Hello, I have PGWP that will be expired in July of 2014
I have worked a couple of restaurants for the past two years, which doesn't help me with CEC.
However I will be working from this Thursday as a programmer working for a small company.
30 hours a week, and it pays $14-$15 per hour. It's a permanent position

I can work from home as well.
The company will communicate with me via Skype during my work hours.
I have BA in computer science so I believe that this constitutes as skilled working experience.
I got some questions though.
1. If I maintain this job until the next year this time around, would it constitute as a year of full time working experience in terms of applying for CEC?
2. Would the wage be the problem later when I apply for CEC? I read quite a few articles recently mentioning applications being rejected due to their wage being too low compared to the average wage of that particular occupation.
3. Can I apply for OHIP?
Thank you
