CEC - Proof of funds letter

Hello everyone. I bank with TD Canada Trust and their representative told me that they do not provide any custom written letters such as the one specified by CIC. The lady there just provided me a portfolio letter which lists all my accounts with them, another form that provides information on my banking relationship with them and 6 months of bank statements. Is that acceptable?

Also, I got my Masters here in Canada. Do I need to upload my transcript as well with the Degree diploma? Will an unofficial transcript printed from the university website suffice?

POF is not a requirement for CEC. The letters mentioned above are fine. You can show a bank statement and assets summary.

The letter should be on letterhead and state:

1) Title holder of the accounts (presumably yourself)
2) Current account balance
3) Average balance over 6 months
4) Date account opened

In terms of your Education, I think that as long as you upload the copy of the 'Degree' then it is fine.

You can get letter from the Bank with balance mentioned on letter head, though it is not requirement for CIC as they mentioned officially, check the link below they mentioned you can provide letter of explanation. I hope it helps
