I have tried two times.
Now with Ielts information all they need is TEST REPORT FORM NUMBER right?
For the Expression of Interest, yes. Note that the IELTS score has to be the General (not academic) and must be less than 2 years old.

There are so many places where small errors can render your profile ineligible. For example, to be eligible for CEC, the NOC for the 1 year of experience has to be the same NOC as the one you put for your main occupation. Also, what are the dates of the Canadian experience? if you're counting your 1 year effective in June 2015, the system may not accept it as one year (since half of the month is still in the future).

I found the problem.
There was a question where it asked when did you become qualified to practise this occupation. I was putting my start date. I then read somewhere, people in Canada have to put their work permit start month and year.
Problem resolved.

I read that in a forum post, but nowhere authoritative. I don't think that's an ideal response, but if you had left it blank before, that could have been the problem.

The question is intended for those who require certification/licensure to practice their profession (e.g. nurses, lawyers).

Of course that doesn't apply to everyone, and it is clear as mud what the rest of us are supposed to do. For some, it is probably the same date that they graduated with a degree/diploma.

Earlier I was putting the start month of my profession and it didn't help. After I changed it with the work permit month which is earlier than my start date. The problem was resolved.
