CEC profile but shows as FSW, dont know why

my previous cec application was rejected and was advised to try again, so i move back to india and created new profile with better IELTS score, but now my profile shows that i met requirement for FSW, i clearly doesnt qualify for FSW as i dont have a job offer, have tried to create another gc key but same result, please guide me what i can do as i have only 3 months left before my work experience will expire.

i have 462 points didnt got the ITA as last draw went down to 455, in my profile it only shows as FSW met, i dont have any job offer,its frustrating seeing the trend that they are only inviting CEC candidates.

Just out of curiosity, why was your first application rejected?

FSW does not require a Job offer.

If CEC does not show, it is because you don't qualify or you input the wrong information.

in my previous application i accidentally put 2 years of work experience instead of a year, that was the reason, tie breaker is for january 27th 2020, my profile was created on 27th november 2019
