CEC Processing timeline for Vancouver CPC

Hi All - Below are my timelines, and there are no updates after Feb17th. I was told by IRCC (when I called them) that my Criminal check is in progress. Any idea how long will it take to get a CoPR from Vancouver Centre ? Your responses are highly appreciated.

AOR: JAN 26TH 2021
MEDICAL PASSED: FEB 17TH 2021
VO: VANCOUVER
Biometrics: NA

My aor mar 30 2021, still eligibility not started, medical Passed on April 19 2021, after that no update.
Cec with 3 dependents, I requested gcms and expect to get by June 26, 2021.

Called IRCC today and they're telling all are in progress, no need of anything from me as of now.

Received the following in Aug 2023, and no updates since then. Neither can I locate my file by webform or phone call, or GCKey. Has anyone experienced this:

"You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative will be forwarded to Vancouver Immigration for further processing. This office was selected based on your relative’s home address and the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act."
