CEC prediction

Hi guys,

I am a CEC inland applicant. Received ITA on January 21, 2021.
i have submitted all my documents and paid my fee on January 23, 2021. I have received the
Confirmation of Online Application Transmission
message.
However, I have not received AOR yet, is this normal

give it at least 24 hours.

Mine came in literally 2 seconds after paying and confirming

No luck,
I called IRCC help centre, they said they can’t find my file in the system, sometimes it takes 5 days and if I still don’t get it in 5 days, then i will have to raise a webform. So, i did some research and found some threads where decent number of people had the same issue. Everyone got it within 5 days. AOR date will be same as the application transmission date no matter when i will receive it.
So, i am expecting it tomorrow sometime.

It's a long wait currently. Some people are lucky they are getting quick some have been waiting for a year and like me I will be completing my 5 months next weeks. Details in my signature. Due to Covid19 they are slow

you have good chance in next draw. with all the travel restrictions and lock down, i am expecting the cec draw to continue for another 2 months with scores coming down to 420
