we have 152000 current applicats excluding paper ones and currenly only 27000 were invited so score being minimum 75 doesn't everyone got it as we have many applicats between 400-1000 - which is 47000 incluing FSW and other streams. So I guess people with score between 400 - 1000 might have received invite or will

It is facilizing but to be consider in CEC draw you need to be survived in past years in Canada to meet the requirement. Believe me or not, there are many people of CEC were struggling in past year just to finally realize their target!

Those invited to apply who are not currently living in Canada will be able to travel once restrictions are lifted.

All travel restrictions for permanent resident applicants approved after March 18, 2020, remain in effect. IRCC will continue to accept and process Express Entry applications and looks forward to welcoming skilled workers from abroad when travel resumes.

Not possible as that is the minimum requiremed to be eligible. No IELTS and 1 year expience you are not qualify for CEC
