if you look at that same link you send where it says Today’s CRS cut-off score was seven points lower than the previous CEC-specific draw held on January 7, which had a CRS cut-off score of 461. click on January 7 and it will show you that the first draw of January on the 7th happened but was posted on the 8th
I wish the same happened tomorrow!

Does it mean that when the draw happened, they didn’t receive invitations on the same day but rather the following Friday?
I don't know :(, this week apparently we won't have another draw.

Are they planning to change something for better immigration, because this is all new for CEC or Any draw to take place so long.

I think they just wait to avoid the CRS scores going too low.

Hey Lovepreq, I remember you username from PGWP threads lol. How are you?

I think they are making some policies for CEC to benefit, they don't want outside people coming in, and this is why they are not even processing PR application for people who have outland spouses.

Canada Immigration Down Nearly Half In 2020 As COVID-19 Limits Newcomers

Last Updated on February 12, 2021
Tough new restrictions on international travel during the second, harsher wave of the COVID-19 pandemic pushed immigration to Canada down to its lowest level since April last year in December.
The 10,795 newcomers welcomed in the last month of 2020 brought the total for the year to 184,370, down 46 percent on the 341,175 new arrivals in 2019.
