CEC PR Applicant Medical Required or Not

Hello Guys,

Hope all are doing great.

I got the ITA as a CEC applicant in the last CEC draw.

My question is do i need to take Medical Exam?

Since January 2020, i went outside Canada only once to USA from 19 August 2021 to 22 August 2021.

As per my understanding of below i don't think i need to take the medical exam but just want to confirm.
