I have been working full time on a skill level b job on post grad work permit since January 2011. How many and which pay-stubs should I attach (One for each month or the last pay-stub of 2011 december showing total hours and total yearly salary)? Thank you in advance.

p.s. cic just added pay-stubs in the documents checklist on january 1st 2012.

One for each month starting jan 2011

pay stubs are not really necessary unless ur including them as an additional supporting documents

Paystubs are not required - the document check list says "Additional supporting documents may include...", they are allowed but optional - additional supporting documents if for some reason your other documents are not sufficient. I can think of only 3 reasons to submit paystubs - 1) you do not have a regular full time job and have to document part-time or variable hours, in which case you might need all of them, (2) you are ready to submit your application but don't have a T4 yet (this would apply to very few people), and 3) the Letter of Employment is missing some detail (or missing altogether - in which case paystubs alone will not enough).

There may be other reasons, but those are the ones I can think of...
