CEC - Partial medical test

Dear forum members - I am new to this forum and was hoping someone has the info I am looking for. I searched in the forum but couldnt find similiar topic.

I applied for PR under CEC category in April 2014 along with my family(Spouse and Kid). We got the Medical request by end of December and we completed our medicals for me and my kid. My wife is Pregnant so they didnt do the X-Ray for her, but did all other medical test. Now I informed CIC about this scenario and they inturn replied that my wife can get the X-Ray done after the delivery which is in May 2015. Now my question is that in this scenario will all our applications be processed together once my wife completes the X-Ray in May or would they consider my case and my son's case separately since our medicals are complete ? CIC didnt specify anything in this regard. So I am hoping someone in this forum might have had similiar experience. Please share if any.

They will put yours and your sons processing on hold as well until your wife's x-ray is done and her medical results were received by CIC post delivery. They work on applications as whole.

Yes, your whole application will be held until your wife finishes the X-ray and you submit all additional doc for your newborn baby.
I was in the same situation as well. I submitted the app in Sep. 2013, my wife had completed X-ray the end of last Nov. However, I am still waiting for the PPR..., which is killing me!!!
