Thank You so much for sharing your experience, Now I am thinking of submitting my application without providing POF and instead I will write a letter of explanation. I think It will save at least a month in submission of eAPR. And to be on the safe side, I will do the Gift-deed after a month, so that if they ask me to provide a POF during the processing, I will not have problem.

Since you have already submitted eAPR, I would like to ask you that : Have you submitted any documents relating to your financial status e.g. bank statement anywhere in the application????
You're welcome! And no, I have not submitted any financial documents at all. I still think the two posts here about POF are FALSE. If you do see a POF section, just write a very short letter informing the visa officer that you are invited under CEC and do not need POF according to them.

I really appreciate your insight. I am relieved now. I have one more question for you :

I have moved back to India in 2015 and I do not have "Notice of Assessments (I have thrown away, Tax Returns)" as well as salary-stubs anymore to provide for Canadian work experience. I have called my employer and he is willing to provide me Experience Letter.
So in short, I have T4s and experience letter. Will this be enough? by the way I do have my old SIN numbers.

Job letter and t4 should be enough. if you have CRA login credentials then you can download your NOA. If not then i dont think so it will be a huge problem.

Oh yes, more than enough. Just make sure the experience letter touches all the required points that IRCC is looking for, which is:

The following documents are mandatory for each work experience declared:

A reference or experience letter from the employer, which
should be an official document printed on company letterhead (must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information [address, telephone number and email address], and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company),
should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits; and
if the applicant is self-employed, articles of incorporation or other evidence of business ownership, evidence of self-employment income and documentation from third-party individuals indicating the service provided along with payment details (self-declared main duties or affidavits are not acceptable proof of self-employed work experience).
If the work experience is in Canada, proof may include copies of T4 tax information slips and notices of assessment issued by the Canada Revenue Agency (the time period for these documents should reflect the work experience timeframe [e.g., work experience from 2006 to 2008 requires only documents from those calendar years]).

Wanted to add one more thing. You said you came back in 2015. If you are applying for CEC, your Canadian experience needs to be within the last three years. So as it states here:

Minimum requirements
You must:

- have at least 12 months of full-time (or an equal amount in part-time) skilled work experience in Canada in the three years before you apply

Does that mean I can fill an answer 0 (or what I have which is about $10000) to the question : How much funds are you going to bring to Canada?

I am worried if I do that my application would freeze and say : You are no longer eligible to apply OR may be I will get rejection afterwards.
Most likely it is asking for POF because CIC will assess you under all programs. For example, I originally got ITA under both FSW and CEC, and was required to upload POF docs. Withdrew that profile and submitted new one for CEC only using Canadian work experience. No POF needed.

As others have said, POF is not needed for CEC. Doesn't matter if you are in Canada or not nor whether you have arranged employment in Canada.

I don't think you will be eligible to claim all of the two years. Because it begins in 2013, and they say you should have had the experience WITHIN the three years before you apply.

After reading an article, http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/econ/cec/work.asp, What I have understood is as below.

Eligibility Requirement.
To be eligible for Canadian experience Class, You must have at least one year of work experience gained in Canada in last 3 years.

and if you qualify for the CEC, FSW and/or FST
You can claim points for your foreign/Canadian work experiences gained over the period of last 10 years.

Right, that is what I meant. In your case, you will be eligible for one year in the last three, since the other year does not fall within the 3 year period.

My Canadian experience - May 1st, 2013 to November 25th, 2015 - Total of 2 years and 6 months and 25 days.

To fulfill the requirement of CEC I need at least one year of full time(or equivalent in part-time), skilled work experience in last 3 years.
So suppose if I submit my application by next month, lets say on May 1st 2017, I need at least one year of full time experience in the period of 1st May, 2014 to 1st May, 2017. For that period of time, I have 1 year and 6 months work experience which makes me qualify for the CEC.

But when it comes to claiming points for work experience, Everyone can claim points for their skilled work experience in last 10 years.
