Hi Guys,

So as many on this forum no PPR as of today and its been 10 months now that I received an AOR, I applied in July and had to leave Canada for a family emergency, my employer gave me a leave of absence and is still valid until August 2019. So im not sure if im CEC outland or inland and I am also wondering if the fact that i left Canada is what slowing down the process. Also, what can I do to bring to IRCC's attention that If I dont resume my work by August im risking to lose it? Are there any similar cases like mine?

thanks

your AOR is your lock in date. you will be considered CEC inland at that time.
you leaving the Canada will not slow down the process and many others are waiting prior to you. CEC is the most delayed one nowadays.
IRCC will continue with their pace to work in your file , you losing the work or not is not their concern.
are you coming back any sooner? Remember, when you receive PPR then you have to send it to the office they ask you for since it is CEC . hope it helps
