How did you apply for them?

Official website to apply gcms notes but you need to sign a representative from to whom you trust someone living in canada or having Canadian pr. (In my case this didn't worked) so i searched online and found one agency for 1k INR and signed the same representative from to them and got it in one month.

My Timeline is:
ITA: Feb 13, 2021
AOR: 21st April, 2021
Med Passed: 06th May, 2021
Biometrics: Sep 2019 (At Work Permit time, valid till 2029)

Current Application Status are as under

Review of eligibility ?

Background check ?

Final decision >
Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

However, Will it be better for all of us 3 to go back in to Canada and informed the IRCC that we are now in Canada? Will it help to speed up our application process? Or, this will have no effect on our application? We all have Visitor visa valid up to 2028. Although, our work permit were expired on Sp 27, 2021. We came back to India in January 2021. Since then we have been here in India. We are fully vaccinated since June 2021 (both vaccine doses taken). Any suggestions will be helpful for us. Please kindly share your time and opinion if you guys can. Thank you

This is good option, but after reaching there once the web form is update not sure again how many months will they take. Instead of family you first travel and stay there for 3 to 4 months and if there is any progress you can ask your family to travel. Even i am also planning to travel with work permit.

Hi, I applied long back and not received till now. Can we use the above URL and get GCMS

I am an outland cec applicant from july 2020 and no update on copr so far. Can i apply for visitor visa and is there any chance of approval?

Instead of visitor, if you have option go for workpermit then you can travel asap. With visitor visa how many months you can sustain in Canada. If you have any proof or visibility that you will get PR after reaching canada then you can go with Visitor visa but really not sure how the IRCC is going to work.

1) If IRCC given any information that a primary applicant will become PR with visitor then in this group everyone will travel. We don't have any clarity, still after reaching will get PR or not.
2) Work permit is the best option to travel and you can sustain with your job.
3) Next if you apply for work permit there is a chance of getting PR, for IRCC this is a duplicate task and they will issue PR.
4) My friend applied work permit through Fragomen in July, company sponsored for him. And they rejected Work permit and issued PPR.

I don't think it's a good idea. Reply from that official link is as like update on our file. We never know when we get it, instead try from any agency.

Remedical Request in Mar 2021-Passed
No Update Since then.

Applied for GCMS Notes 3rd week of July. It's almost crossing 3 months and haven't heard back about the notes.
Is this the usual waiting time for GCMS Notes these days ?

We were also asked to give ReMedicals back in March 2021 and now I am afraid if I have to take Medicals for the thrid time!
