Hi Guys

I am in a trouble to file my express entry under CEC.
My situation is :
Masters student canada.

Below is my job experience and all my jobs are without gap as software developer but with different employee.


The problem is for one of my job 4 jan 2016 to 5 feb 2016 ( 1 month) i dont have reference letter. Employer neither replying to my email and not giving because i only work for 1 month and left the company. But my offer has all the duties, title, annual pay and benefits mention + 1 month pay stub and ROE.

So does it matter that it will make me not eligible or the VO will reject my application on the basis of that 1 month.
Even if i have more than 1 yr valid experience ( like with reference letters)

Like if the VO only make 1 month invalid then can my other work experience of more than 1 year work ?


Job A - 5 May 2015 to 11 Sep 2015 (Have reference letter n pay stubs)
Job B - 14 Sep 2015 to 30th Dec 2015 ( Have everything)
Job C - 4 Jan 2016 - 5 Feb 2016 (Have everything except Reference letter)
Job D - 8 Feb 2016 - continuing.

I have to file in Jun 2016.
Please help
 
Don't worry at all... If you have proper offer letter and if you have paid taxes .. You don't need to worry. You won't have and issue at all.. I had no reference letter for my 1 year experience.. I had T4 and offer letter and absolutely no questions asked by VO.. Go ahead all the best..

Just don't claim points for that 1 month experience, and compensate with an additional month of experience.
You still need to mention this job in your background declaration (schedule A).

And 'gaps' don't matter for Canadian experience.

Can we get it from service canada ?
What is the procedure ?

You can get it from Service Canada if your employer has filed it electronically. If your employer filed it on paper, you have to get it from your employer (they are supposed to give it to you).

Hi just like to know did you apply under Canadian experience class ? Because I’m applying under CEC and my employer is hesitant to give me a reference letter. But I do have offer letter, pay stubs and notice of assessment. Can you please advice ?

Did you provide offer letter and T4 and did that work for you?
