I received an invitation for the CEC. Can anyone help me understand the difference between Offer of employment & Letter of employment ?
Where should I upload the copy of LMIA ?

Lmia needs to be attached with letter of Offer of employment.
you need to carefully examine the conditions on your LMIA about when can you start working before you attach the letter of employment.
If the conditions are that you can start working after you get your PR.
Then attach the offer & LMIA in both the spots.

Thank you for your answer. My offer condition is to start working after I get my PR. I am currently working for a different company, not an LMIA-based company, so as I understood, I will upload LMIA & Offer of Employment and current and previous letter of employment documents. I don't need to upload a letter of employment for LMIA company in my case.
